al-Tawakkul - Relying on Allah

You must depend upon and keep trust in Allah alone. Allah says,

“And depend on Allah. Verily, he is the best Wakeel (disposer of affairs.” al-Qur’an, Surah al-Ahzaab, 33: 3

and,

“The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when His Verses (this Quran) are recited unto them, they (i.e. the Verses) increase their Faith; and they put their trust in their Lord (Alone)” al-Qur’an, Surah al-Anfaal, 8: 2

and,

“If Allah helps you, none can overcome you: If He forsakes you, who is there, after that, that can help you? In Allah, then, Let believers put their trust.” al-Qur’an, Surah aal ‘Imraan, 3:160

and,

“… But on Allah put your trust if you have faith." al-Qur’an, Surah al-Maa’idah, 5:23
